How does my free trial work?
Your credit card information is never stored on our servers and is handled only by Stripe, an industry leader in secure transactions.

What’s a client contact?
Client contacts are people who are part of your client’s organization. They’re people you’ll communicate with during projects. They’re unlimited too!

How much does it cost to setup?
You start your free trial, and when your trial is complete we’ll bill you monthly for the plan that’s associated with the number of teammates you have in your account… that’s it. No setup fee, no contracts.

How many clients and projects do I get?
How many do you have? That many. There’s no limit to clients and projects. There’s no limit to messages and tasks either. We do have monitoring in place to make sure there’s no abuse of the system (spamming and high-volume marketing emails).

Do client contacts make accounts?
Nope! Client contacts don’t sign into ClientFlow. They just receive emails from you (via ClientFlow) and there’s no need to do anything more than add them as contacts to your clients in ClientFlow.

What if I’m not satisfied?
Well that’s a problem, and we mean that seriously. If you’re not satisfied with ClientFlow you’ll be refunded 100% of last month’s subscription. Since we’re still in private early access, we’d love to ask you why you’re not satisfied, if you don’t mind. Your response only makes ClientFlow better (and is not a reason for us to refuse a refund).
